Never, ever EVER tell yourself, or anybody else, that you can't do something. Never ever EVER tell anyone else that they can't do something.

Us human beings... well we tend to do a lot of the self-doubting thing. This is usually for one of three reasons:
1) We've failed in the past - probably not even "failed", just (wrongly) assumed that we have.
2) We compare ourselves to other people, and they're always better than us (wrong again).
3) We are too lazy and/or take the easy option to just avoid doing that thing.

The reality is, if you don't even try to do something, then by default, you have essentially failed. One of my favourite quotes is "'But what if I fall?' 'Oh but darling, what if you fly?'". It's so true - you will never know the outcome of something unless you do it, take a chance, and actually try. And if you don't know where to start, just start somewhere. Anywhere. You will never know what amazing things it may lead to.

Lovely readers, don't tell yourself that you can't do something. The only things you can't do are the things that you tell yourself you can't do. What's the point? Change your thinking, change your outlook, change your attitude to the situation. Tell yourself that you can and you're halfway there.

Even if you don't achieve what you set out to, you can try again. Life is almost limitless. Don't limit yourself for the sake of protecting yourself because sometimes in this world, you have to just be brave and GO FOR IT. Try, try and try again. Mistakes? Do they really exist? Personally I think they're just lessons.

Stop the self-doubt, stop the self-pity. You can do whatever you put your mind to because you are intelligent and awesome and wise and you can go out and do what you love and own it because if you believe in yourself, you will go very, very far in this life.

Rant over and NAMASTE x
