HOLIDAY MAKE-UP

I'm heading off to Portugal on Tuesday for a week of sun, yippee! I generally don't enjoy packing for holidays, but when it comes to make-up it's a different story. I found it really fun picking out the make-up products that I want to take away with me so I thought I would share them with you.

BASE PRODUCTS
No.7 / BB Facial Sun Protection (SPF50)
Maybelline / Dream Fresh BB Cream (SPF30)
Bourjois Paris / 123 Perfect CC Cream (SPF15)
No. 7 / Instant Radiance Foundation (SPF15)
The Body Shop / Vitamin C Instant Glow Enhancer

My base cream products all have SPF because my face is very prone to burning! It's really important to wear SPF protection in the sun.

BLUSHES, BRONZERS, HIGHLIGHTERS
Soap and Glory / Love at First Blush
Sleek / Contouring and Blush Palette
Rimmel London / Good to Glow Highlighter (001 Notting Hill Glow)
Collection / Bronze Glow Mosaic
Bourjois Paris / Bronzing Powder and Highlighter

EYES
Collection / Eyes Uncovered Nude Palette
Makeup Academy / Eyeshadow Palette (Undress Me Too)
Collection / Work the Colour Eyebrow Kit
Maybelline / Brow Drama
Maybelline / Lash Sensational Mascara

CONCEALERS
Barry M / Flawless Light Reflecting Concealer
Collection / Lasting Perfect Concealer (01 Fair & 02 Medium)
Maybelline / Instant Eye Eraser Concealer

Four concealers? FOUR?! Yes! My Collection Lasting Perfection concealer has brilliant coverage and is an absolute staple in my make-up bag. The Instant Eye Eraser is great for those dark circles and adding a small amount of the Barry M Light Reflecting Concealer gives a brilliant radiant glow!

LIPS
Rimmel by Kate / Lipstick in 08
Bourjois / Rouge Edition Aqua Lacque (02 Rosé on the Rocks)
Bourjois Paris / Color Boost Lipstick (Peach Parfait, SPF15)
Revlon / Colourburst Lip Butter (Peach Parfait)
MAC / Lipstick (See Shear)
Rodial / Stem Cell Super-food Lip Balm

I tried to pick summery lipstick colours - pinks and oranges!

BRUSHES
RealTechniques / Blush Brush
Lydia / Angled Brush
The Body Shop / Eyeshadow Blending Brush
The Body Shop / Angled Brush
Cosmopolitan / Beauty Blender Sponge

I use a beauty blender for cream products so I don't need to take many brushes with me. A blush/bronzer, contour/highlight, eyeshadow and brow/liner brush will do me just fine :)

I hope you found this post interesting (I know I love looking at other people's holiday make-up choices!) and perhaps you even found some inspiration for your own holiday/summer make-up!
